Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our services. The following refund guidelines apply :

1. Service-Based Refunds

• Subscription fees and service charges are typically non-refundable unless Fernstore is unable to provide the services due to circumstances under our control
• Refund requests must be made in writing. The decision for any refund, partial or full, will be evaluated based on the usage of services and any non-recoverable costs incurred

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellations :
• Clients who wish to cancel their subscription or services must provide written notice as soon as possible.
• Cancellation fees may apply, especially if non-refundable costs have already been incurred.
• The exact terms for cancellation will be defined in the specific service agreement.
• Fernstore-Initiated Cancellations :
• In cases where we need to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule, depending on the situation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Requests to reschedule service provisions should be made in writing.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges depending on service provider availability and any logistical adjustments require.

4. No Show Policy

• If the client fails to use the subscribed services without prior notice, Fernstore reserves the right to terminate the service without offering a refund

5. Force Majeure

• In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Fernstore may be unable to deliver services as originally agreed.
• In such cases, we will collaborate with clients to either reschedule the service or issue refunds for any services that could not be rendered, excluding costs that are non-recoverable.
